Apart from the fact that you use the same blog theme as me (obviously a person of great taste and talent!), I love the colours on your project. Bamboo is great to work with especially in the summer. But working with aluminium needles is hard on the wrists. Have you tried bamboo needles?

I use bamboo dpns for almost all the knitting I do above US3, but I found that I had a lot of problems using bamboo for socks. I have some chiagoo and clover US2’s that I used and managed to bend needles from both sets. I also had more problems with stitches slipping off the needles with the bamboo then I have with the HiyaHiya stainless steel. For now, the HiyaHiya’s are my favorite sock needles.
